Wow, long time no post! Insanity update!!

So just a quick update! Started insanity a month and half ago. With two and a half weeks left, I'm feeling more and more energetic daily!

I'm not on the CTS360 system currently.. I got tired of popping pills three times a day. It gets tiresome... But I'll be starting P90X a week after I'm done with Insanity and I'll start CTS360 again!

Results so far: Depending on the day, its 8-10lbs since the start of Insanity!

I'll post before and after photos after I finish!

Restarting the CTS, and sticking to this!

Hello All,

So, after being lazy for another month, and gaining back all my weight from my previous juicing fast, I need to start going to the gym 4-5 days a week and stay motivated. I'm almost 26 years old, and 260lbs... not a good combination.

I just started taking my Shakeology again, which its kind of expensive, but yet so good for you. I bought the Tropical Strawberry, which when made with fresh fruit (or frozen) tastes pretty amazing and makes me feel pretty good and kind of energized.

I'm starting to eat better and need to cut all soda, fast food and junk out of my regular diet. I just stopped by Complete Nutrition got some V-Core Protein shake mix (this is actually super tasty and blends super easily)

So, I will be updating all my weights and measurements on Fat Secret and My Fitness Pal and I will be keeping track of food a heck of a lot more. 5 days clean of soda too!

Alright, I'll quit yapping.

Blog blog bloggity blog

Oh how I forgot about you even though I have this little B icon on my phone.

So after a month of CTS 360 its clearly meant to stimulate you and motivate but it heavily relies on you working out, a lot.

I felt a lot of energy, and it helped over come my asthma some days, but didn't cure like my asthma medication does. (never expected it to, just pointing out that it didn't)

I still have the other month of pills and will need to get another bottle of the green tea ones for $60 but that will come later. I'm a little strapped for cash to save for moving and everyday needs.

I'm going to order some Shakeology and start CTS over while stating on a strict diet and running. I'm back to 260 and need to get back down to the 190/200 range.

Side Effects?

Hello!

Just going to start this one off with a sad note.... I had a spinach wrap with ham, cheese and a little ranch in it.... do you realize how many calories are in a spinach tortilla wrap!? holy crap... 210 for a whole wrap (not including your goodies).

Haha I guess that's not a sad note, but wowza... damn calorie counting makes you realize how much things actually show as. On that note as well, yesterday for the super bowl party.... ugh bad idea eating only crap food all day

Alright, on to the subject of this post.. I'm beginning to think there might be a few side effects of these pills (on top of getting tired of taking 10 pills every day....). I started having night sweats, or at least anytime I've attempted to nap or sleep lately. It could be something with the temperature here in our house, but could be with the pills as well. Another thing I've noticed is stomach and over all bowel movements have seem to sped up, which as well there is a diuretic in one of the pills that supposed to draw water out.... but oof. I also recommend staying away from alcohol while using these as since alcohol dehydrates and so does the pills, that could be kind of scary.

Neck: 17in circumference
Arms (bicep): 14.1in circumference
Thigh: 24in circumference
Tummy: 46in (HOLY CRAP)  circumference (give or take a few here as this was taken in the afternoon after gravity, water, and food from this morning would have changed how the stomach stretches)
Chest: 47in? (did this myself, I believe this to be wrong, will retake this later with help)

I will also put these in at Live Strong and M.F.P. to keep track!

I guess I don't have anything more for this, probably going to hit up the gym tonight if the girlfriend is up to it. If not, could always see if Brad is awake and wanting to go.

Always so quick like!

Hello!

Just another quick entry. I was able to start running as of Thursday night. Did a good 1.55mi (according to my Ipod) which I still need to calibrate running so that may be off, but I know I did at least 1.3mi on the treadmill.

I'm trying to figure out how to share my Nike+ runs as well as My Fitness Pal calorie tracker on here, but I don't think those sites will give an embed code or a share anywhere link.

In the process of saving this, going to work and coming back, I was able to put My Fitness Tracker on the site in two spots, one on the right side and one at the bottom of every page, so you guys can see how much weight I've dropped since my starting weight.

Jen and I went to the gym last night as well, did a good .84mi run. I'm thinking I should make it always a mile so I get used to a mile run and need to get it down to an 10 minute mile, which wouldn't be bad for me right now. I'm sitting at an 14 to 15 minute mile which sucks.

Well, off to make some breakfast for the lady and myself!

Just a Quickie

Hello,

So, I have noticed that these pills make you feel much, much more full. After dinner last night, I had two regular sized (nothing overheaping, but ya know, something, normal sized) pork sandwiches, along with a tiny portion of potato salad, and I felt like I wanted to explode...

Now this morning, I had 1cup of Honey Bunches of Oats and an 5oz Orange juice (along with the three pills) and I feel overly stuffed. I see how they curve your appetite, make you feel way too full so you eat much much smaller portions. (which Complete Nutrition mentioned sarcasticly when I left "say goodbye to food!")

Well, I'm going to do some measurements tonight finally and *le sigh* photos of myself for before and after effects *ooh aah*.

First day on CTS Clinical

Hello my two followers and hopefully many more to come!

So the first day on CTS wasn't to bad. There is a simulant in one of the pills (Tone I believe) which I did not need a single caffeinated drink all day! Usually I need a coffee in the morning and a diet soda in the afternoon to keep me going but today wasn't too bad at all.

The only down side to this is taking a billion pills a day. Three at breakfast, three at lunch, and one at dinner. (technically four, since I have to take 3 joint pro pills to help with my crappy knees)

Well, I'm going to cut down the blog entries to a minimum, but like I said, pictures and measurements soon. After a buddy brought up the thought of getting ready for the half-marathon in October, that may be a goal I could aim for!

I'll be linking my Nike+ runs on here as well as my MyFitnessPal food intake so people can watch and yell at me for eating bad things!
