Restarting the CTS, and sticking to this!

Hello All,

So, after being lazy for another month, and gaining back all my weight from my previous juicing fast, I need to start going to the gym 4-5 days a week and stay motivated. I'm almost 26 years old, and 260lbs... not a good combination.

I just started taking my Shakeology again, which its kind of expensive, but yet so good for you. I bought the Tropical Strawberry, which when made with fresh fruit (or frozen) tastes pretty amazing and makes me feel pretty good and kind of energized.

I'm starting to eat better and need to cut all soda, fast food and junk out of my regular diet. I just stopped by Complete Nutrition got some V-Core Protein shake mix (this is actually super tasty and blends super easily)

So, I will be updating all my weights and measurements on Fat Secret and My Fitness Pal and I will be keeping track of food a heck of a lot more. 5 days clean of soda too!

Alright, I'll quit yapping.
